Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Ciui Training (the operator of this website) when you use this site. They are written to be read, not to trip you up — if anything is unclear, email support@ciui.ro before you rely on it.

1. Your account

  • Give accurate details when you register, and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your password to yourself. Your account is personal and must not be shared — each learner needs their own.
  • If you are under 16, a parent, guardian or your school should set up or approve your account. The site supports parent/guardian accounts for this.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

2. Courses and access

  • Enrolling on a course gives you personal, non-transferable access to that course for as long as it remains available on the site.
  • Some courses are free; others are paid. The price, and what it includes, is shown before you buy.
  • If you access a course through a school or organisation, your access is governed by their licence — if you leave the school or the licence ends, that access can end too.

3. Payments and refunds

  • Payments are taken by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
  • Prices include VAT where it applies, and are shown in the currency stated at checkout.
  • You have 14 days from purchase to change your mind and request a full refund, unless you have already substantially completed the course in that time. By starting a course immediately after purchase you agree that we may supply the digital content straight away.
  • To request a refund, email support@ciui.ro with your order details.

4. Fair use

Please do not:

  • copy, record, resell or redistribute course content — it is for your own learning;
  • share one account between several people;
  • attempt to interfere with the site's operation, bypass its security, or access other people's data;
  • upload anything unlawful, offensive or harmful when you submit work or post content;
  • use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download the site.

5. Your work and our content

  • Course materials — lessons, exercises, audio, images, quizzes — belong to Ciui Training and their authors. You may use them for your own learning only.
  • Work you submit (assignments, answers) remains yours. You give us permission to store, display and mark it, which is what the platform is for.

6. Certificates

Certificates are issued when you genuinely meet a course's completion requirements. Do not alter a certificate or present one that was not earned — we may withdraw certificates found to have been obtained dishonestly.

7. Availability

We work to keep the site available and reliable, but no website can promise to be up every minute of every day. We may occasionally take the site down briefly for maintenance or improvements, and we may change or retire features over time.

8. Ending the agreement

  • You can close your account at any time from your account settings (see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data).
  • We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in question. The site supports your learning, but results — exam grades included — depend on many things beyond any website, and we cannot guarantee them.

10. General

  • If we update these terms in any meaningful way, we will update the date at the top and, where the change matters, tell you directly. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
  • These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
